Welcome to Twin Cities Gun & Pawn. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Firearms Sales & Compliance

All firearm sales and transfers comply with federal, state, and local laws. A valid government-issued photo ID and a successful background check are required for all firearm purchases and transfers. We reserve the right to refuse any sale or transfer at our discretion, as permitted by law.

2. FFL Transfers

Incoming FFL transfers are handled for a flat $50 fee per firearm. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal to own in their jurisdiction. All standard background check and identification requirements apply.

3. Pawn Loans

Pawn loans are subject to a written pawn agreement provided at the time of the transaction. Items are held as collateral and may be reclaimed upon repayment within the agreed term. Failure to repay within the term may result in forfeiture of the pledged item.

4. Inventory & Pricing

Inventory and pricing are subject to change without notice. Items shown online or in-store may sell quickly and availability is not guaranteed. Photographs are for illustration and may not depict the exact item in stock.

5. Limitation of Liability

Twin Cities Gun & Pawn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
